Sovereign is a tier of Luma, not the definition of it. Most properties are best served by a kit from the shop. This page is for the few that aren’t.
Twin Cores - one running, one standing ready in another room - senses specified to your floor plan, spares left on the shelf. Nothing off a pallet; every serial number ends its life at your address.
It never touches the internet, from the first minute: our engineers commission the home on site. Keys are generated inside your walls and never written down anywhere else. The house is running before we pack up.
No account, no keys, no copies, no remote access - not even for support. If you call us back, we arrive as strangers and you let us in. That’s the design.
You tell us about the property and the stakes. We say honestly whether Sovereign is the right answer - often the Whole Home kit is.
An engineer walks the property and drafts the plan in pencil: where the Cores sit, what each room is sensed as, what never gets a sense at all. The plan stays on paper.
Built and tested against your plan. You’re welcome in the workshop; some households send their own security people. Good.
Commissioning ends with a signed inventory of everything we know about your home. It fits on one page, and it stays with you.
Sovereign runs the same Journal, keeps the same house rules - a light, it’ll handle; a door, it asks - and reads rooms as lived-in, never who. The difference is the perimeter, not the personality.
The house has settled. Staff quarters quiet since nine; the east wing went dark early tonight.
Tell us a little. A person replies within a week, in writing. From {{ priceSovereign }}, depending on the property.
